Leadership:

Leadership has a long term impact,they bring vision,they motivate the organization towards a goal.

Leadership has the intention to climb for the next level,it brings meaning to the work of the organization

Leadership defines the culture of the organization

Management:

Management has a short term goals,they only supervised subordinates and just to get the task completed.

Management is the process of executing the plans,focused on the job to be done right away.

Management instills the culture of the organization.

1.Medium of Exchange-it is like a "BARTER SYSTEM" exchanging money but with money also.

2.Standard value-the value of the money that you are using should not change.It should be stable.

3.Store value-it should store the value of the money that you are using.

4.Standard of refered payment-it's assigned to be payed.

1.Metallic Money-This are the money we call "BARYA" in TAGALOG this is a perfect example of a METALLIC MONEY.

2.Paper Money-This are the notes or checks that have the permit of the Gov. to be use in buying items such as Clothes,House,Cars,etc.

3.Goods for Services-This are the type of money that you do if you have no money...

for example: You eat at a "CARINDERIA" after you eat the waitress will ask for your payment then you have nothing to pay you will now do service to be able to pay your debt it is to wash the dishes.That is a perfect example of a Good for Services type of money.

4.Card money-this type of money is usually used when you apply a account in a bang or in a credit company.Instead of using cash you use this type of money.An example for this type of money are Credit card and ATM card,etc.
